Chairapy is based in Coventry, West Midlands, UK. This notice explains what happens to the information you choose to send us. Plain English, no surprises.
Only what you type into the enquiry form and choose to send: your name, email address, what you're interested in, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to you about a chair for your venue or home. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
The form is delivered to our inbox through Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which handles the submission on our behalf. Email is handled by Google. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing.
For as long as we're in contact about your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Want your enquiry deleted? Just ask.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits. It doesn't identify you and doesn't track you across other websites.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@chairapy.co.uk and we'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
